Integration with Kontakt

The Kontakt Controls Package is downloadable from our homepage and is designed as a beginner-friendly set of Components to get your Kontakt instrument UI up and running fast.

Versioning

When creating the Resource Container of your instrument, the kontaktTargetVersion in Resources/info/library.json is set to the Kontakt version which contains all the Komplete UI features released up until that moment.

If at some point you would like to switch to a newer or a different feature set of Komplete UI, you can configure the kontaktTargetVersion. For example, to use the feature set available in Kontakt version 8.4.0:
